Tore Windspoll is the founder and CEO of Tore Windspoll Coaching and Premier Coaching Norway. He is also the creator of the 3-Tools System, which his coaching business is based on.

Tore is educated within Business Administration and Computer Science, and have more than 25 years experience as a leader. A born leader, Tore was even a leader in primary school, organizing and leading his classmates in plays, activities and school work. He has been a leader in almost every position he has had throughout his professional career. This has been within a wide range of businesses and different levels and types of leadership roles - making him a versatile and very experienced leader.

Tore started to question the common leadership rules after an experience when he was working with an online system for co-worker satisfaction. The question he got was simple, but yet so powerful: Why isn't the system working? Powerful, because based on all theory - both within business administration and psychology - it should have worked. But it clearly didn't.

This was in the early 2000's, more than twenty years ago. Since then, Tore has been studying both psychology, Science of Motivation and Neuro Science to understand what it takes to become a great leader. All this while working as a leader, giving him a lot of opportunities to try out his ideas. Even though Tore always has received great feedback for his leadership, the knowledge he acquired for the last twenty years has elevated his leadership to new hights.

The 3-Tools System is developed based on the knowledge from the leading research environment and the most prominent researchers in the world within both psychology, science of motivation, neuro science and business administration. In addition, the system is based on simple tools - only pen, paper and your mind!
